The Community Journalist initiative began at ABC stations nationwide in 2019. I was the first to experiment with this idea by sharing positive news stories told exclusively through the voices of the interviewees. Dozens of journalists have shaped the role differently over the years, but I continue to find success by staying behind the camera.

As a Community Journalist, I produce five stories per week as a one-man-band. Every day, I venture out to New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Delaware in search of good news. I shoot, interview, edit, and write each story in time to air on the afternoon news on 6abc!
